We have many fundraisers coming up and the latest addition is fun and could be truly great – we just need the help of lots of musicians…
Here’s the proposal……
We take our long, long dusty hall that hides Hermann’s out back – and turn it into Victoria’s Coolest Pop-Up Shop for TD Victoria International JazzFest!
We are sending out a request to as many musicians as we can reach and ask if they will send us a CD or digital download to auction off during Jazzfest (and special events) to raise money for and in support of the future of Hermann’s. We would love to receive CD’s from as many musician supporters as possible – so that we can launch this awesome silent auction for Jazzfest – June 23nd-July 2nd . Silent Auction winners will be announced July 3rd .
In the past 37 years have you played at Hermann’s? Do you want to come play at Hermann’s?
Do you believe that music venues are an integral part of our social fabric and don’t want to see another go down? Have a complete discography burning a spot on a shelf? Feeling famous &/or fabulous?

Details for the CD silent auction:
Cost – We checked with Canada Post and a CD is about 100g and oversized. The postage
they quoted for Ontario to BC was $1.80 to $2 per envelope and they have CD bubble mailers.
To mail in Canada should be 2-3 business days – Please aim to send your CDs by June 19th.
