To lose any live venue in this day and age is a huge loss. Having worked in venues that had longevity I know the loss that is spread over the whole community. It’s a sad day when a young musician doesn’t have a place to watch and learn from seasoned musicians. It’s a sad day when that comfort of being part of an audience in a place where you and your friends like to go is gone. For me the saddest part is that this is where musicians get to get together and exchange ideas. Please don’t move the doorway an inch.
