I love Hermanns Jazz Club. One of the few places that supports community artists as well as allowing us to hear musicians from other places. I love that there’s room for a range of musicians, from emerging to incredible. I attend the vocal ujam, and plan to sing at it soon — it’s really inspiring. And as an emerging jazz singer, I hope to be performing with my band at Hermanns. And I’ve attended numerous concerts here, enjoying bands I might not hear elsewhere. This is the go-to place and there is nothing else quite like it here in Victoria.
