I played in “The Capital City Big Band” for a short stint. I cannot recall my exact age,but I was either newly or nearly 18. I had no direction in life besides my love for the bass. It was such a magical,exciting,easy and beautiful time. We can’t let it end. The next,next and next generation need an place to an appropriate place to play jazz.
